We’ve been talking about it for the last 3 days, reflecting on specific conversations and impactful moments, appreciating all the parts that came together to create something wonderful.
Here are a few glimpses of the experience:

“The intentionality of this event is felt from the moment we walked into our room and saw our welcome bag (so amazing!). From the simple yet powerful worship, to the main stage speaker, to the breakout sessions, it was filled with peace, understanding, and healing.”

“We arrived at this conference with plenty of questions and heavy hearts. In the first session alone, the speaker spoke in such a way that made us wonder if he was listening to our last conversation in the car! We needed to hear all that we did from both him and the friends we met.”

“Together Called was the perfect mix of deep, thought-provoking moments and light, funny ones. We felt seen, encouraged, and less alone. It was exactly what we needed.”

“We speak about being a safe landing place for our children. Together Called is a safe landing place for adoptive parents navigating the world of adoption.”

“What an experience. It is still settling in and landing within me, and I find myself with a lift, a tenderness, a joy, and a bubble of laughter that I know come from the weekend. . . . You went big with the laughter and food and dancing and singing and teaching and then very detailed with the pens, notes, mugs, gifts, etc. It all added up to feel like a giant hug. What a lavish, soup-to-nuts experience that we didn’t know how much we needed.”

“We feel as though we became part of a family.”
